RecordandInvoice

Professional invoicing, time tracking, and contract management built for consultants, independent contractors, and government contractors. Create invoices, track billable hours, and manage client contracts from one app, with your data kept on your own device.

One price, no subscription. You buy RecordandInvoice once and keep using it, with no monthly fees, no account to maintain, and no cloud lock-in. Your first year of updates is included, and an optional update plan is available after that; your license is permanent and the app keeps working either way.

Your data stays yours. RecordandInvoice stores your records on your device, not on our servers. You decide where your backups go: your computer, an external drive, or a cloud folder you control. We do not collect or share your business data, and we do not hold your invoices, clients, or time records.

Built for contract-based billing:

Organize work by Client, Contract or Basic Ordering Agreement, and Task Order, with budget tracking and progress indicators.
Track time with 16 professional classifications, billing and cost rates, and work descriptions.
Generate invoices directly from your time entries.
