Working out alone is optional. A promise to someone else isn't.

SweatBets is built for two. You and your partner agree on how many workouts a week you'll each do, and what the one who falls short owes the other - ten dollars, dinner, a massage, whatever stings just enough. Then you both show up.

How it works

Pair up. One invite code connects the two of you. No feed, no followers, no strangers.
Set the pact. Choose your weekly target and the stake you're both playing for.
Prove it. Every workout takes two photos - a selfie and a shot of where you are.

Why two photos

Because a checkbox is easy to lie to. Tapping "done" costs nothing, and every habit app eventually becomes a list of things you told yourself you did. A selfie and the place you're standing in is easy to take when you actually went, and awkward to fake when you didn't. That's the whole integrity mechanism, and it's why the streaks here mean something.

What you get

A shared week you can both see at a glance - how many you've done, how many they have, how many days are left
A photo timeline of every workout you've logged together, side by side
Hearts and comments on each other's proof, because "ok show off" at 7am is half the fun
Streaks that count the weeks you both hit the target - not just you
A verdict at the end of every week, and a clear answer to who owes what
Notifications when they log, react, or comment. Gentle pressure, exactly when it lands

Who it's for

Couples who keep saying they'll start Monday. Long-distance partners who want something to share besides a phone call. Best friends, siblings, roommates, training partners - anyone who's better with a witness.

What it isn't

No rep counting. No calorie math. No workout plans to follow or coach to ignore. SweatBets doesn't care what you did - only that you showed up, and that the person who matters can see you did.

Make the promise. Take the photo. Collect your dinner.
