Sound familiar? It's 5pm, everyone's hungry, and you're staring at the fridge with no idea what to make. Again.

Robin's Meal Planner was built for exactly this moment.

Robin Glance is a Montreal-based registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience — and she built this app to take the daily stress out of feeding your family. Her approach is simple: a little planning now means no scrambling later - just meals on the table.

BUILD YOUR COOKBOOK
Start by saving the meals your family already loves. Browse Robin's hand-picked collection of real recipes — photographed just as they come out of the kitchen, no food styling, no filters. Favourite the ones that catch your eye, then add them to your personal cookbook. Or import any recipe from the web with a single tap.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
Once your cookbook is stocked, planning the week takes minutes. Pick meals for each day from dishes you know your family will actually eat — no second-guessing, no starting from scratch every Sunday.

SHOP SMART
Robin's Meal Planner automatically builds your shopping list from your meal plan. One less thing to think about.

NO NUMBERS. NO RULES. NO GUILT.
You won't find calorie counts here — and that's intentional. Robin doesn't believe in tracking, restriction, or chasing perfection. This is meal planning rooted in gentle nutrition: realistic, flexible, and built around your actual life.

Whether you're trying to bring more structure to your week or simply stop asking "what's for dinner?" — Robin's Meal Planner is the calm, practical companion your family needs.
