SecurityChecked makes open homes safer and property transactions compliant. Buyers verify their identity once and use a personal QR code to sign in at open homes. Real estate agents and other regulated businesses see who visited and run AML/CFT checks in one place.

FOR BUYERS AND HOME HUNTERS
• Verify your identity once with your ID document and a selfie
• Get a personal QR code to sign in at open homes in seconds
• See every property you have viewed and who has accessed your record
• Upgrade when a transaction needs it, and reuse your verification across agents, lawyers and brokers

THREE VERIFICATION LEVELS
• Verified: identity confirmed for open home entry
• Trusted: adds phone verification, consent and PEP and sanctions screening
• Accredited: adds Enhanced Due Diligence, including source of wealth and a funds declaration for buyers, sellers, or both

FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND REPORTING ENTITIES
• Create properties and open homes, and generate a QR code for each one
• Scan visitors in and keep a reliable visitor record
• Look up a client and see their verification level and status
• Invite clients to upgrade to Trusted or Accredited when a transaction requires it
• Keep the customer due diligence records you need under AML/CFT law
