Vastra Setu – Textile Order & Challan Management App

Still tracking orders in notebooks, Excel sheets and WhatsApp messages? Vastra Setu is a complete order management app built for textile traders, fabric wholesalers, saree and dress material suppliers, garment manufacturers and job-work units. Create challans, raise purchase orders, confirm sales orders, manage designs and parties, and see your whole business in one dashboard — straight from your phone.

Vastra Setu means "the bridge for fabric" — the bridge between your buyers, your suppliers and your production floor.

★ WHY TEXTILE BUSINESSES CHOOSE VASTRA SETU

• Everything in one place — orders, challans, parties, designs and reports
• Built for the textile trade, not a generic billing app
• Simple enough for your staff to learn in a single day
• Works for wholesalers, manufacturers, traders and job workers
• Fast, clean and designed for daily use on the shop floor

★ CHALLAN MANAGEMENT

Create delivery challans in seconds with party details, design numbers, quantity, rate and remarks. View complete challan details, print or download as PDF, and share with your party instantly on WhatsApp. Search and filter challans by date range so no entry is ever lost.

★ PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT

Raise purchase orders to your suppliers with full item lists, rates and delivery dates. Track every PO from creation to delivery, edit it when terms change, and keep a permanent record of what you ordered and from whom.

★ SALES ORDER MANAGEMENT

Book customer sales orders with multiple line items and design-wise quantity and pricing. Update orders as the buyer changes requirements, and keep your production and dispatch teams working from a single source of truth.

★ DESIGN CATALOGUE

Maintain your complete design library with images and design numbers. Protect your catalogue with secure access so only authorised staff can view sensitive designs.

★ PARTY & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Keep every buyer and supplier in one organised party directory — contact details, GST information and full transaction history, available the moment you need it.

★ REPORTS & BUSINESS INSIGHTS

See order totals, party-wise activity and date-wise summaries on a clear dashboard. Understand which designs move, which parties buy and where your business is growing — without building a single spreadsheet.

★ USER ROLES & TEAM ACCESS

Add your staff with separate logins and control what each person can see. Admin and user roles keep your pricing and reports private while your team gets the work done.

★ PRINT & SHARE PDF

Every challan, purchase order and sales order can be printed or exported as a professional PDF — ready to email, WhatsApp or file.

★ WHO IS VASTRA SETU FOR?

• Textile and fabric wholesalers
• Saree, dress material and suiting-shirting traders
• Garment and apparel manufacturers
• Embroidery, printing and job-work units
• Small and medium businesses that need order management without heavy ERP software

★ REPLACE YOUR ORDER BOOK AND EXCEL SHEET

Manual order registers lose data, create disputes and waste hours every week. Vastra Setu gives you accurate challans, searchable order history and instant reports — so you spend your time selling, not reconciling.

Download Vastra Setu today and manage your textile orders, challans and parties the simple way.
