WHO IT'S FOR

Residential landlords, commercial property owners, real estate agencies and property managers handling condition reports for clients, and tenants completing a move-in or move-out inspection their landlord requested.

WHY EVIDENS

Most inspection software is built for large portfolios. It's expensive, complex, and overkill for an individual property. Evidens is different:

• No training required. A tenant can finish a full inspection on their first try
• AI-assisted descriptions and voice-to-text. No other inspection app offers this
• Native camera performance built for walking a property, not filling in a form
• Affordable, credit-based pricing. Pay only when you generate a report
• Owner and tenant collaborate in the same inspection, not separate systems
