TableWorx Waiter is the app your floor team uses to run a busy restaurant, bar or café. Take orders, send them to the kitchen, split the bill and get paid, all from one handheld device, while managers see everything as it happens.

TAKE ORDERS FAST
• See your tables and sections at a glance
• Add items and modifiers, then send each order straight to the kitchen or bar
• Open a quick tab for walk-ins, takeaways and phone orders
• Ring up counter sales without a table
• Hand a table over to a colleague when your shift ends

GET PAID, YOUR WAY
• Split a bill by guest, by item or by amount
• Part payments, vouchers and tips are all supported
• Add your own payment methods, such as other card machines or delivery apps
• Receipts show the correct VAT

LET GUESTS JOIN THE TABLE
• Guests scan a QR code to join the table from their own phone
• They can follow their bill and pay their share
• Guests can call a waiter with one tap
• Optional feedback questions and rewards keep guests coming back

KEEP THE KITCHEN IN SYNC
• Orders appear on the kitchen and bar screens the moment they are sent
• Send items to the right station, whether that's the grill, the bar or the pass

START AND END THE DAY WITH CONFIDENCE
• Clock on and off shifts and open your till
• Count your cash and cash up at the end of your shift
• Managers review and approve cash-ups, then close the trading day
• Tips owed to each waiter are tracked for you

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
• Live sales, daily summaries and trading reports
• Sales by product, by waiter and by payment method
• Gross profit by product
• Daily summaries can be sent by email or WhatsApp

CONTROL YOUR STOCK
• Track stock as you sell
• Receive deliveries, transfer stock between locations and run stocktakes
• Reorder alerts tell you what is running low before you run out
• See where stock is going with item history and valuation reports

MANAGE YOUR TEAM AND YOUR VENUE
• Set up staff, roles and permissions
• Build and update menus, categories, modifiers and tax settings
• Import your menu, products and stock from a spreadsheet
• Run one venue or many from a single company account

Everything works together with the TableWorx Manager web app, the TableWorx guest app and the kitchen display, so your team and your guests are always on the same page.

An active TableWorx account is required. Ask your venue manager to set you up.
