Every email triaged before your SLA breaks. IntakeRun turns your shared inbox into one calm, collaborative email triage queue: messages route automatically, SLA timers start the moment they arrive, and your team answers without collisions — with AI assistance on your own key, never an AI surcharge.

Built for small support teams and agencies who are done paying per-resolution AI taxes and $60-per-seat helpdesk bills.

NATIVE ON EVERY SCREEN
One workspace, four native clients. Pocket email triage on Android, full inbox power on macOS, and split-view boards on iPad and iPhone. Presence, locks and SLA timers stay in sync to the second, so your team always sees the same state.

TRIAGE IN SECONDS
Connect your mailboxes as intake routes and everything lands in a single shared inbox queue. Automatic routing rules classify, tag and assign incoming mail, while SLA timers start immediately. Breach alerts surface at-risk conversations before your customers feel the delay.

SIX-LANE KANBAN
Drag work across an auto-Kanban pipeline built for operations: New, Open, Pending, Escalated, Resolved and Closed. Move a conversation through your process without losing its history, and switch between list and board views in one click.

ESCALATIONS THAT BEAT SURPRISES
The Escalations view ranks conversations by time-to-breach against your SLA policy, so managers can staff against trends instead of gut feel — and step in before a promise slips.

COLLABORATE WITHOUT COLLISIONS
The moment a teammate starts typing, a collision lock banners the draft and live presence shows who is on what. Shared drafting means nobody sends the same reply twice, and an internal thread keeps context beside the customer conversation.

FAIR, AUTOMATIC ASSIGNMENT
Round-robin assignment spreads new tickets across available agents with a fair-play cap on concurrent threads, out-of-office mode, and manual overrides when a case needs a specific owner.

YOUR AI, YOUR KEY
Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and unlock AI-assisted triage, thread summaries and reply drafts. The request goes straight to your provider, so you pay wholesale compute prices — IntakeRun never meters or surcharges AI per resolution.

EMAIL AND WHATSAPP OMNICHANNEL
Connect WhatsApp Business next to your mailboxes. Every channel funnels into the same triage desk, agents see the origin, reply from one composer, and SLA rules treat both identically.

BUILT FOR AGENCIES
A full agency console provisions client workspaces, pushes vertical templates and keeps dozens of client desks under one bill. Custom subdomains and white-labelled portals let agencies resell the desk as their own, with reseller margins built in.

SECURITY AND CONTROL
Workspace-scoped storage, audit events on sensitive actions, TLS in transit, encrypted-at-rest mail credentials, and cold-store archiving you control. Self-managed subscriptions, add-ons and granular quotas keep costs predictable.

FLAT, HONEST PRICING
Every feature on every plan, from $10 per seat — no per-resolution metering, no AI tax. Start with a 14-day trial, no card required. Subscriptions and add-ons are sold as in-app purchases; manage or cancel anytime from Google Play.
