On a GLP-1, appetite drops before habits change - and protein is usually what slips. Myoful gives you one protein number for the day, and keeps your food, your shots, your weight and how you are feeling in one place.

Myoful is a companion app for people taking GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound or Mounjaro (semaglutide and tirzepatide). It is built around protein rather than calories.

PROTEIN, NOT CALORIES
Published general nutrition guidance suggests 1.2-1.6 g of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Myoful turns that range into one daily number for you, shows the guideline it came from, and puts your progress toward it on the home screen. Educational only, and not medical advice.

LOG FOOD IN SECONDS
- Manual entry with a running protein total
- Barcode scanning
- Quick-log for the foods you eat most
- Protein ideas when you are short of your target, with approximate amounts you can edit

SHOT LOG AND REMINDERS
Record each injection - medication, amount, site and date - and set a reminder for the next one. Myoful stores what you enter and reminds you when you asked to be reminded. It does not recommend, calculate or adjust anything about your medication. Those decisions belong to you and your healthcare provider.

DAILY CHECK-IN
Note how the day went: nausea, fatigue, constipation, heartburn, headache, or none at all, plus water, fibre and whether you did any strength training. A few seconds a day, and something concrete to bring to your next appointment.

WEIGHT AND TRENDS
Log your weight whenever you like so your protein number stays accurate as it changes. Charts show your protein and your weight over time, alongside the shots you have logged.

WEEKLY SUMMARY
A plain-language recap of the week: days you hit your protein target, strength sessions logged, shots recorded and how your weight moved.

HOW MYOFUL IS BUILT
Around protein, not calories. The daily target comes from published general guidance and is shown with the source it came from. The shot log only logs and reminds. The free tier stays genuinely useful, and stays free.

WHAT IS FREE
Manual and barcode logging, quick-log, your daily protein target, the shot log and reminders, the daily check-in and strength tracking are free, and stay free. An optional subscription adds history, trends and charts, the weekly summary, and CSV export of your own data.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Your log is private to your account. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. You can export your data as CSV, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.

IMPORTANT
Myoful is a general wellness and educational tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Always talk to your healthcare provider about your medication, your diet and your health, especially before changing anything about your treatment.

Myoful is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the makers of any medication named here. Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro are trademarks of their respective owners.
