Party Buddy Host turns your party into a self-serve menu. Guests scan a QR code and order from their own phones, and every order lands on your screen live. No shouting over the music, no forgotten requests.

Party Buddy Host is the party menu app for the person throwing the party. Build a menu, share a QR code, and guests order food, drinks or anything else you're serving from their phone's browser, with nothing for them to download. You see each order the moment it's placed and work through them in one live queue, so nothing slips through the cracks and you actually get to enjoy your own party.

Set up in minutes
Have the menu ready before the first guest walks in.
• Follow a guided setup checklist so nothing's forgotten before guests arrive
• Start from a sample menu or a ready-made template, or build your own
• Add items with a photo or an emoji, sorted into categories, with prep times
• Flag allergens so guests can order with confidence
• Track stock, and guests can never order more than you have left
• Add recipes and ingredient lists on the Party Buddy web app so helpers make every item right

Never lose an order
Every request lands in one live queue, on your phone as you move around or on a tablet.
• See every new order in real time and move it from started to ready to served
• Get a push notification, a chime or a buzz the moment an order comes in
• Rush, hold, recall or re-fire an order, or cancel one with a reason the guest sees
• Spot allergen conflicts right on the ticket
• Run out of something? Take it off the menu straight from its ticket
• Pause ordering whenever you need a breather

Easy for your guests
Nothing to install, and fewer "is it ready yet?" questions.
• Guests join with your QR code or join code and order from their phone's browser
• They browse your menu with photos and allergen info
• They follow each order's status and see an "Order ready!" notice the moment it's ready

Share the load
Running a big party is a team effort, and this party menu app is built for it.
• Invite co-hosts by email to serve alongside you
• Split the queue into stations, like a bar and a kitchen, by choosing the menu categories each one shows
• Assign each co-host their stations, so they see only the orders they're responsible for
• Turn a tablet into a full-screen order board with kiosk mode, for one station or all of them
• Hand the party off to a co-host when you need to step away

Know who's here
Stay in control of the guest list.
• Let guests in or decline them when approval is on
• See each guest's orders and table, and block a guest if you need to
• Set per-guest drink limits and open-order limits
• Handle guest requests and shout-outs as they come in

See how it's going
• Live stats: guests joined, orders in the queue, orders served and average wait
• See what's running low before it runs out
• Schedule ordering to open and close on its own
• Read anonymous guest ratings after the party

Made for real parties
Weddings, graduation parties, anniversaries, game nights, house parties, backyard barbecues and catered events: if you're hosting a crowd, Party Buddy turns "what does everyone want?" into a party menu your guests order from themselves. Offer counter pickup, table service or both.
