Tinnitus Sound Mixer: find the tinnitus frequency that feels right to your ears.

Tinnitus is different for everyone, so the sound you listen to should be too. If you hear ringing in your ears, buzzing or a high-pitched tone, turn the frequency dial slowly, listen as the tone moves higher or lower, and stop where it feels comfortable for you.

Made by someone who lives with tinnitus, for people with tinnitus.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a sound for your tinnitus mix: pure tone, white noise, pink noise, brown noise, band-limited noise, machine hum, rain, wind, crackling fire or cicadas.
2. Turn the dial to change the frequency. Tones go from 100 Hz to 12,000 Hz, so you can look for a tone close to your own tinnitus pitch.
3. Set the volume and choose left ear, center or right ear. Tinnitus can sound louder on one side, so each sound has its own ear position.
4. Add another sound if you like, then save your tinnitus mix.
