I built my own gym tracker because I was tired of using Word as a weightlifting log and manually updating values each week — this started as my personal tool with features I actually wanted. Refined over six months of daily personal use and continuous improvements, now it's ready to help you.

🏅Core Features:
• Auto-progression — enter values once and the next week's values update automatically.
• Analytics — charts for reps and weight tracking.
• Streaks & habit tracking — build habits without guesswork.
• Simple Interface — no fluff—just your training data.
• Templates — choose from a variety of ready-to-use sessions.
• Periodization — choose a mesocycle or plain progressive overload.
• Special Set Types — Log drop sets, rest-pause sets and more, with dedicated styling for each.
