ICx is a rapidly deployable situational awareness tool that organizes every emergency scene. Built around the tactical worksheet incident commanders already know, ICx combines a familiar, old-school feel with modern features, so your command post stays organized and every firefighter stays accounted for.

If you’ve filled out a tactical worksheet, you already know how to use ICx. Drag-and-drop is easier than writing, and onboarding takes minutes, not days.

Key Features

- Digital Command Board & Tactical Worksheet: Track assignments, resources, and benchmarks in a clean, intuitive layout designed for the command post.
- Incident Log: Every action is logged and can be exported for incident reporting.
- Incident Timers: Track total operating time at the incident, plus individual timers for each resource when assigned or entering the IDLH.
- PAR Tool: Run fast Personnel Accountability Reports during strategy changes.
- MAYDAY Tool: Access a configurable checklist that reflects your department’s own policies and best practices.
- CAD Integration: Connect with most CAD systems to automatically populate the scene address and responding resources, so you can start tracking units immediately.
- Schedule Integration: Link with FireRoster and many third-party fire department scheduling systems to populate the individual personnel on each responding unit, including mutual aid resources from other agencies.
