Dema Express brings parcel delivery, rides and car rental together in one app, designed for Cameroon: mobile money payments, addresses that are easy to find, and maps that keep working when the network drops.

SEND OR RECEIVE A PARCEL
• Send a parcel: a driver collects it and hands it to your recipient.
• Get a parcel delivered: a driver picks it up from the sender and brings it to you.
• Several pickups and several recipients in one shipment, priced as one trip: you pay less than with separate orders.
• Choose who pays: you for the whole shipment, or each recipient for their own part.
• Pickup points without a phone (a market stall, an elderly sender): the driver takes a photo and you confirm.

FIND ANY ADDRESS
• Search shops, landmarks and neighbourhoods, or place the pin on the map.
• Plus Codes supported, for places with no street address.

TRACK EVERY STEP
• All stops and the route on the map.
• The driver's position in real time once your order is accepted.
• Notifications at each step: driver assigned, parcel collected, delivered.
• Each recipient receives a tracking link and a code, sent from your WhatsApp or by SMS.
• Collection and delivery confirmed by QR code or code: the parcel only changes hands with the right person.

RIDES AND CAR RENTAL
• Book a ride now or for a chosen time (Economy, Comfort, SUV/Van).
• Rent a car for a few hours or several days, with a check-in and check-out of the vehicle.

PAY THE WAY YOU WANT
• Mobile money: Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money. The right operator is picked from your number and the approval request comes straight to your phone.
• Cash on collection or on delivery.
• The price is shown before you confirm.

DESIGNED FOR REAL CONDITIONS
• Offline maps: download your city once and save mobile data.
• Call your driver from the app, or contact them on WhatsApp.
• Free cancellation as long as no driver has set off.
• Order history, receipts and in-app support.
• Available in French, English, Arabic and Spanish.

Dema Express: delivered quickly, safely, without the hassle.
