ASCND is a practice partner for golfers who want to get better on purpose.

Most practice is noisy — some days click, some days don't, and it's hard to tell whether you're actually improving. ASCND reads the signal underneath the noise: it tracks your sessions, surfaces what's trending, and tells you what to work on next in plain language.

PRACTICE WITH A SHAPE

- Focused sessions built around the areas you choose to work on.
- Drill work with counts, targets and a clock, so a session has a beginning and an end.
- Interleaved practice and a pressure mode, for when a bucket of balls isn't the point.
- Warm-ups you can run before a round or ahead of a tee time.

SEE WHAT IS ACTUALLY CHANGING

- Trends across distance control, short game, putting and conversion — without the spreadsheet.
- A stats home that reads your practice and your rounds back to you in golf language, not jargon.
- Round-by-round detail, and a per-skill view for when you want to dig in.
- A Score Index estimated from your rounds. This is an in-app estimate only. It is not an official golf handicap and is not valid for competition or score posting.

KEEP A RECORD YOU CAN LEARN FROM

- Log rounds and practice sessions, with your own notes and context.
- A post-round reflection that comes back to you before the next session.
- Personal records and milestones drawn from your own history.
- Export your history as CSV, or share a clean summary card.

CALM BY DESIGN

No streak guilt, no fake urgency, no hype — just a steady read on your game and a sensible next step. Practice reminders are optional, and they stay on your phone.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

ASCND runs no cloud sync and has no practice-data backend — it does not upload your practice off-device. Your practice data stays in app storage on this phone. Android's device backup is not set up to carry ASCND practice data across to a new phone, so if you uninstall ASCND or move to a new device, that practice data can't be recovered.

FREE AND PREMIUM

Free lets you feel the engine. Premium keeps your progress, history and settings across launches, and builds on them over time.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Google Play account. It renews automatically unless you cancel before it renews. You can manage or cancel it any time in Google Play under Subscriptions.
