Your phone was designed so you never stop scrolling. Dopamine Tracker helps you notice and stop: see your screen time in real numbers, put limits on the apps that feed phone addiction, and take your focus back.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit... Where do the hours of your day really go? Most people learn on the first launch that they use far more than they guessed. What happens next is up to you.

APP BLOCKING, FREE FOR EVERYONE
• A daily limit per app: for example 30 minutes for Instagram, 15 for TikTok
• Full shutdown on the days you choose: closed on weekdays, open on weekends
• When you hit your limit the block screen takes over and the app does not open
• A block lasts until midnight; tomorrow your limit resets
• On the second attempt of the day the app reminds you of your purpose: your exam, your work, your hobby

WHY THE BLOCK HOLDS
Most blockers switch off with one tap, which is why they do not work. In Dopamine Tracker setting a rule is free, but loosening or removing it is not: Pro members can open a block for the day, everyone else pays a small one-time fee. We ask once more when you set a limit, because the promise you make in that moment should not be easy to break later. You do not want to pay in a weak moment, and that is exactly why the block holds.

SCREEN TIME TRACKING
• Real per-app usage, measured the same way Digital Wellbeing does
• A daily dopamine score: one number from 0 to 100 that says how healthy your day was
• Daily and weekly charts, category breakdown, the apps that take most of your time
• Up or down compared with last week: a weekly progress summary

DAILY GOAL AND STREAK
• Set a daily goal for social media
• Every day you stay under it, your streak grows
• Rescue a missed day with a streak freeze so your streak does not reset

FOCUS SESSIONS
• A timer that silences notifications and locks distracting apps
• 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes, or press and hold to pick your own length
• Built for studying, work and deep focus

OPTIONAL REMINDERS
• A gentle nudge when you spend a long stretch in a social app you have not blocked
• An evening summary and a progress note as you approach your goal
• Each one can be switched on or off separately; if you want none, none arrive

PRO
Setting up a block is free. Pro adds stricter rules and flexibility:
• Open a block for the day or loosen a limit without paying extra
• Strict focus mode: a session you start cannot be cancelled
• Unbreakable block: cannot be lifted even on Pro, clears on its own when the day ends
The subscription renews automatically through Google Play at the end of each period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play.

HONEST BY DESIGN
Your detailed per-app usage data never leaves your phone. There is no feed to scroll and no gimmicks built to keep you in the app longer. The goal is to help you open apps less often, and that includes Dopamine Tracker.

WHO IT IS FOR
• People who want to break a phone addiction
• Students and professionals who want more focused hours for exams, work or creative projects
• People who do not want to quit social media, only to control it
• Anyone looking for a concrete starting point for a digital detox
• Adults who want to manage their own phone, not a child's

PERMISSIONS
Usage access is required to measure screen time. The "display over other apps" permission is required so the block screen can appear when you open an app that has reached its limit. Do Not Disturb access is requested to silence notifications during a focus session. Contacts, messages, location and other personal data are never accessed.

Take back the hours you never chose to give away.
