Apex AI Note Taker & Transcriber is an AI meeting assistant and note-taking app for Android that helps you capture information. Record meetings, import audio recordings, or add images, PDFs, and documents. Apex Note uses AI to transcribe audio to text, extract text from images, and turn your content into summaries and to-do lists. You can also ask AI questions about your notes and recordings, find specific details, and create useful content without searching through everything yourself.

✨ CORE FEATURES OF APEX NOTE

• AI Transcriber & Speech-to-Text: Use the Speech-to-Text Converter to transcribe audio to text with timestamps and speaker labels. Easily follow multi-speaker meetings, interviews, lectures, and conversations.

• AI Note Taking: Create your own notes or let AI turn recordings, transcripts, images, PDFs, and documents into structured AI notes. Keep important information organized and easy to revisit.

• AI Writing: Write your notes in your own words, even if they are just rough ideas or bullet points. Then use AI Writing to refine, structure, and expand them into clear, useful notes. Fix grammar, improve clarity, and rewrite your notes in different tones and lengths.

• AI Summarizer & Checklist Maker: Summarize recordings, images, PDFs, and documents with AI. Turn key information into clear notes, decisions, and to-do lists so important details are easy to review and act on.

• AI Chat with Notes: Ask AI to find information, answer questions, create meeting minutes, write follow-up emails, and handle tasks using each note and its attached files. Get the details you need without replaying long recordings or searching through lengthy notes.

• Reminders & Calendar: Turn tasks from your notes into reminders, or create your own. Manage reminders and upcoming meetings together in the calendar, so you always know what’s coming up and what needs to be done.

• Background Recording & Image to Text: Record audio in the background while using other apps or with the screen off. Use OCR and image-to-text to turn photos, documents, whiteboards, and handwritten notes into editable text, then use AI to organize it.
