SafePlay Kids is a video app for children that plays only the YouTube channels their parent has approved. No search, no recommendations, no comments, no ads from SafePlay — just the channels you chose, in a screen your child can't wander out of.

HOW IT WORKS
• Approve channels on the SafePlay parent dashboard at safetubeforkids.com — per child, so siblings never share a list by accident.
• Pair your child's phone or tablet once, set a grown-ups PIN, and hand it over. Your account is never stored on the device and children never sign in to anything.
• Remove a channel and it disappears from their screen in seconds.

WHAT YOUR CHILD SEES
• Big picture tiles of their approved channels — no reading needed to navigate.
• Each channel's videos, newest first, in YouTube's own player.
• A friendly cue that a grown-up can see what they watch.
• When daily time runs out, one "Ask for more time" button — you approve or decline from your phone.

WHAT YOU CONTROL (all free)
• Whitelist only, per child — nothing plays unless you approved the channel.
• Strict Mode — new uploads from an approved channel wait for your OK.
• Shorts — block them for a child, or allow them on a channel you trust.
• Daily screen-time budgets, with per-day overrides.

WHAT'S NOT HERE, ON PURPOSE
• No ads from SafePlay, ever — videos play in YouTube's own player, so an advert YouTube attaches to a video can still appear. No in-app purchases. No analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No recommendation engine — content only ever comes from your list.
• No path to the rest of YouTube for your child — links out of the player sit behind the grown-ups PIN.

PRIVACY
We store the minimum: a child's first name (any name you like) and optional birth year, the channels you approved, and what was watched so you can see it. No advertising ID, no location, no profiling. Designed to the UK Children's Code. Full policy: safetubeforkids.com/privacy

The app is free, every control above is included, and it contains no purchases.
