Twenty squats. Eight thousand steps. Thirty seconds of plank. Small things, done every day — and every day you do them adds a day to the streak.

Questify is for small daily physical challenges, alone or against your friends. Fitness apps track workouts; Questify tracks the little things you do every day. Reading, meditating or planning tomorrow fit in too.

Take your friends on
• Versus: everyone ranked, live
• Together: one goal for the whole group
• A shared streak with one friend — you run, they do push-ups
• Send a 👏 🔥 💪 or a gentle nudge
• Connect with an invite link, a code or a QR code — no search and no access to your contacts, so nobody finds you uninvited
• Friends see a short summary; your quests stay hidden unless you choose to show one

Start from the library, or make your own
• 28 ready-made quests in Strength, Move, Mobility, Mind, Learning and Productivity
• Squats, push-ups, a plank, pull-ups, a daily walk, the stairs, skipping, yoga, a dead hang…
• Yes or no, an amount — 20 squats, 30 seconds — or a few times a day
• Every day, or only on the days you choose; a day off never breaks a streak
• Open-ended, or with an end date
• Choose how strict it is: a missed day restarts the streak, or ends the quest

A streak worth keeping
• Experience points, levels and badges
• A celebration when a streak reaches a milestone
• Campaigns through the year — a New Year one in January, a strength month in October — each with a badge you can only earn while it runs
• A month view for every quest: this month and last at a glance

On your home screen
• The Today widget: what is due and what is done, at a glance
• The One quest widget, for the challenge that matters most
• Reminders at the time you choose, scheduled on your phone

Private by design
• No sign-up and no email address — just a nickname, if you want one
• Not a health tracker: no weight, sleep or heart rate — only what you did
• Works fully offline; your quests live on your phone
• Optional Google sign-in brings your history and streaks to a new phone, and keeps your phones in step
• Download all your data, or delete your account, any time from Settings
• No ads, and your data is never sold
