Manair Schools is the official mobile app for the Manair Schools community. It
gives parents, students and staff one secure place to follow everything that
happens during the school day — attendance, homework, fees, results, transport
and school announcements.

Access is limited to enrolled families and school staff. You will need the login
issued by the school office; the app cannot be used without it.

FOR PARENTS
• See daily attendance the moment it is marked
• Check fee dues, pay online and download receipts
• View report cards, exam schedules and results
• Follow homework and classwork posted by teachers
• Track the school bus live and get pickup and drop alerts
• Receive circulars, announcements and messages from the school
• Apply for leave and reply to teachers
• Download school certificates and documents

FOR STUDENTS
• Timetable, homework and submission deadlines in one place
• Exam schedules, results and progress through the year
• Class notes, circulars and calendar events
• Library and canteen balances, where the school has enabled them

FOR TEACHERS AND STAFF
• Mark attendance for your classes in seconds
• Post homework, lesson notes and grades
• Message parents individually or by class
• View your timetable, substitutions and duties
• Submit leave requests and view payslips

WHY FAMILIES USE IT
• One place instead of chat groups, paper diaries and notice boards
• Instant notifications, so nothing is missed
• Built to work on modest phones and slow connections
• Every record is scoped to your own child

PERMISSIONS AND WHY WE ASK
• Location — used only while the app is open, to show a school bus on the route
map and to confirm campus presence when staff mark attendance. There is no
background location tracking.
• Camera — to attach photos to homework, scan documents and set a profile picture.
• Notifications — to deliver attendance, fee and announcement alerts.
• Microphone — only while you are using voice input with the in-app assistant.

PRIVACY
A student's information is visible only to that student's own parents and to the
staff the school authorises. Data is never sold and is not used for advertising.
Accounts and their data can be deleted on request through the school office.

SUPPORT
For login problems or incorrect records, contact the school office — they
administer accounts and academic data. For technical problems, use Help inside
the app.
