Do you write your clients’ programs in the evening or on the weekend? CoNudge remembers how each client trains and prepares their next program in your style. You adjust it and approve it, and then your client sees it.

FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
• Set out how you train once. Every proposal uses your exercises and your progression.
• One overview shows who is stuck and who is ready for a new program.
• Every weight shows where it comes from, logged sets or the intake.
• CoNudge estimates the max with the Lombardi formula. Volume takes MEV, MAV and MRV into account.
• After each training block you get an evaluation with the numbers.
• Standing next to your client in the studio? Log their sets for them directly.

FOR CLIENTS OF A TRAINER
• See each day which exercises you do, with sets, reps and weight.
• Log a set in a few taps. The rest timer is built in.
• See per exercise how your strength develops and where you get stuck. You also see how often you follow your program.
• Your trainer keeps an eye on your progress and adjusts your program when needed.

WORK WITH CHATGPT OR CLAUDE?
Connect CoNudge to your own AI assistant. It suggests a program and CoNudge checks the numbers. You approve it. This also works if you train without a trainer.
