DropTix is a full-featured check-in solution to import, manage and scan your guests — and now scan IDs at the door — all from one dashboard.

We are NOT a ticketing company.

Our mission is to help you promote and sell tickets on as many ticketing platforms as you like, with one central check-in solution to manage every entry.

All it takes is 3 simple steps:
- Sell tickets on as many platforms as you wish for greater exposure
- Drop tickets into our dashboard to create one master check-in list
- Scan tickets and IDs with the DropTix app

TICKET CHECK-IN FEATURES
- Direct integrations to import guests from your ticketing platforms
- No integration, no problem: upload the CSV file from any provider into our dashboard
- Manage guests: create, tag, search, update, check in or block guests
- Team members: add staff to help check in your guests
- Real-time stats on both your dashboard and the app
- Live sales tracker across your platforms so you can see which ones perform best
- Unlimited devices: data syncs across all your phones, tablets and computers
- Performance: fast, accurate scanning, even in low light
- Works offline: with little or no internet, everything keeps working and syncs once you're back online

NEW — ID SCANNING
- Instant age check: scan the barcode on the back of a US or Canadian driver's license or state ID and see OK to Enter, Under 21 or Expired ID in seconds
- Venue age rules: 21+, 18+ or all ages
- Match IDs to tickets: scan a guest's ID and DropTix finds their ticket by name. Check in one ticket, a whole group, or select the exact tickets entering
- Require ID at check-in: optionally ask for an ID after each ticket scan to verify entry
- Ban list and tags: flag issues and mark customers with tags so your door staff know instantly
- Guest stats: ages, gender, top cities and ZIP codes, busiest hours, new vs. returning guests
- Built for privacy: ID data is encrypted, door staff see only name, age and result, and scans are deleted automatically after your chosen retention period

DropTix works for all types of events, from intimate RSVP events and nightlife to major festivals, sports events and conferences.

Don't restrict your audience by limiting where you sell or promote tickets. Bring DropTix into your workflow, expand your promotion strategy and elevate your check-in process.
