FriendScreen — Share your screen time. See theirs. Compete.

Ever wonder how much your friends are really on their phones? FriendScreen is a screen time tracker built around the one thing that actually changes habits: other people watching. You share your screen time with your friends, and you get to see theirs — right next to yours. No more guessing, no more hiding.

Then it becomes a game: the person with the least screen time wins.

HOW IT WORKS
FriendScreen tracks your daily screen time automatically and shares it with the friends you connect with — and they share theirs with you. Everyone lands on a live leaderboard ranked from least screen time to most. Lowest usage takes the top spot. Simple, transparent, and a little bit addictive (the good kind).

FEATURES

👀 Compare screen time with friends
Everyone's daily usage is visible to the friends they've added. When your friends can compare their screen time to yours, you'll think twice before opening that app again.

📱 See which apps they're actually using
Go beyond the total — see the individual apps your friends spend their time on. Are they grinding on productivity apps, or three hours deep in social media? Now you'll know exactly who's being productive and who's just scrolling.

🔒 Share only what you want
Prefer to keep the details to yourself? Switch to "Total only" and share just your total screen time — no per-app breakdown. It's your call how much you reveal. (And you only see a friend's individual apps when you're both sharing them.)

📊 Automatic app usage tracking
Your phone usage is tracked for you and broken down by app and category. No manual logging — it just works. A full app usage tracker and daily screen time report, without lifting a finger.

🏆 Compete on the leaderboard
Get ranked against all your friends in real time. Least screen time wins. Watch your position climb as you build healthier habits.

👥 Add friends & create groups
Search for friends by username and send requests. Create private groups to share and compete with your closest circle — roommates, your study group, whoever you want to keep accountable.

🎯 Filter by category
Choose which categories count toward your ranking. Compete on total screen time, or turn it into a social media challenge, a gaming challenge, or an entertainment-only challenge.

🔥 Streaks & daily stats
Stay motivated with streaks, weekly averages, and day-over-day comparisons.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Friends, roommates and study groups who want a shared screen time challenge.
• Students trying to cut phone usage during exam season.
• Anyone worried about phone addiction who wants a number they can't ignore — and friends who'll notice it.

WHY FRIENDSCREEN?
Most digital wellbeing apps hand you a chart and hope you feel bad enough to change. Willpower is hard on your own. Sharing your screen time with friends makes it easy — because now it's visible, and a little friendly competition does the rest. It's accountability that actually feels fun.
