Stop firing off a hundred applications and hearing nothing back.

GradWorx flips graduate hiring around. You build one strong profile, and employers bring the roles to you. Your profile is your application.

BUILD IT ONCE, WITH GRACE
Grace is our AI assistant, and she does the heavy lifting. Have one short chat about your degree, your experience and what you actually want, and Grace turns it into a complete, employer-ready profile.

Already have a CV? Upload it as a PDF or Word document and Grace pulls out your skills, work experience and certificates automatically. No retyping the same details into yet another form.

GET MATCHED TO REAL ROLES
Employers post real, live graduate roles on GradWorx. We match your profile against every one of them and put you forward only where you genuinely fit, so you are not competing in a pile of a thousand irrelevant applicants.

Browse your matches in the app, open any role to see the full details, and see exactly why it lines up with your profile.

EMPLOYERS MESSAGE YOU FIRST
When an employer likes what they see, they start the conversation. You get the message, you reply on your terms, and you decide whether to take it further. No cover letters into the void. No ghosting.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Your dashboard shows what is happening across GradWorx right now: which companies are hiring, how many roles they have open, and what they are working on. Follow the employers you care about.
