My Harbor simplifies the management and procurement of packaging, shipping supplies, personal protective equipment, and janitorial and sanitation supplies.

We bring together sourcing, inventory management, procurement, and reporting in one platform—giving your team the tools to manage the supplies that keep your operation running without the overhead and expense of a traditional inventory management systems.

ONE PLATFORM. FROM SOURCING TO SUPPLY.

Finding the right products and vendors is only the beginning. My Harbor connects the products you purchase with the way your team manages them every day. Track inventory, standardize replenishment, place orders, monitor purchasing, and gain visibility across locations—all from one platform and one distribution partner.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT WITHOUT THE OVERHEAD

Give the people closest to your inventory a simple way to keep it accurate. My Harbor helps your team see what's in stock, identify what needs attention, and take action without complicated inventory processes or expensive warehouse hardware.

POWERED BY BEACON

Our proprietary Beacon technology connects your physical inventory directly to My Harbor.

Beacons make inventory status visual and intuitive, giving everyone on your team a consistent understanding of when inventory is healthy, getting low, or needs attention. Their optional Stock Level Indicator (SLI) makes spotting ready-to-order inventory something anyone on your team can do. Scan a Beacon to instantly access the item it represents, update inventory information, and take action.

Because Beacon doesn't require expensive electronic hardware throughout your facility, intelligent inventory management can be deployed simply and economically. Best of all, My Harbor and Beacon inventory management can be provided at no additional cost, so long as you meet the minimums for purchases made through Harbor Packaging.
