Write down what today is for. Check in once at midday. Close the day honestly at night. Daily Captain is a goal planner built on three moments a day, so your goals turn into days you actually lived. No streaks, no guilt.

MORNING ROUTINE
List your goals for today, in your own words. Tomorrow starts clean: nothing carries over unless you move it.

MIDDAY CHECK
One check in. Tick what is done and ask yourself one question: is what I am doing right now moving me toward what is left?

NIGHT ROUTINE
Count honestly, name the day in one word, note anything that got in the way, and set tomorrow's first goal.

BEYOND TODAY
• Weekly goals: seven days at a glance, so you see the pattern, not just the day.
• Yearly goals: your Dream Year and a few goals for the year, chosen with excitement. Dream first, the "how" comes later.
• Cookie Jar: the days worth remembering, so a hard week has something to argue with.
• Accountability partner: send your week to a buddy. They see your week, and only your week.
• Quote widget: a new motivation quote on your home screen every morning.
• Your page: a public profile if you want one. Switch it off at any time.

WHY IT WORKS
Most goal trackers and habit trackers count streaks until you miss a day. Daily Captain is a goal planner and daily planner that asks for an honest count instead. Use it for goal setting each morning, track your goals once at midday, and review them in a short night routine with an accountability partner if you want one. Over weeks you see what you actually do, and your yearly goals stay in view.
