Weirlog is the field companion for water and wastewater operators — the people who run small treatment plants, lagoons, and distribution systems for the towns and utilities that depend on them.

CAPTURE AT THE PLANT
Log readings where they happen: flow, pH, dissolved oxygen, chlorine residual, ammonia, and every parameter your permits monitor. Entries go to an append-only ledger — corrections are new rows with a reason, never silent edits — so your records stay the kind an auditor trusts.

YOUR PERMITS, AS CONFIGURATION
Limits, seasons, outfalls, and monitoring frequencies live as data, not as a spreadsheet someone maintains on the side. The monthly report assembles itself from what the field already captured, on the state's own form layout, ready to review and download as a workbook.

SEE DRIFT EARLY
Watch levels sit below your permit limits, so a rising trend is something you hear about while the month can still be saved. Weirlog states observations — a measurement against a level you configured. Reading the situation and deciding what to do remains yours.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE ORG
Owners, admins, operators, lab techs, and technicians share one view of the org's record; roles gate who can approve an SOP, release a draft, stage a report, or manage the team. Contract operators run multiple client utilities from one account, and the trail of who entered what is part of the record.

WHAT WEIRLOG NEVER DOES
Weirlog holds no state-system credentials and files nothing on your behalf. It computes and stages; a licensed operator reviews and files under their own login, outside the app. Observations are never verdicts — the app records what was measured against what you configured, and stops there.

ACCOUNTS
Weirlog is a companion to the Weirlog web service. Sign in with your organization's account, or create one free in the app.
