Turn a photo into a pencil sketch in one tap — then pick up a brush and colour those lines yourself.

Most photo effect apps hand you a picture and stop there. SketchDraw hands you a drawing you can keep working on.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick a photo from your gallery.
2. Choose an effect and tune it until it looks right.
3. Open it on the canvas and start colouring.

21 EFFECTS

Pencil comes in three weights: Soft Pencil, Sharp Pencil and Colour Pencil. Charcoal and Ink give line art real weight, while Photocopy and Fine Lines cut hard graphic edges. There are six kinds of cartoon photo, from Soft Cartoon through Comic Ink to Cel Cartoon. Oil Paint, Poster and Palette work in colour, and Mono, Film, Vivid and Contrast work in tone. Anime is a style transfer that runs on the phone itself.

Every effect carries its own sliders, so nothing is a locked preset. Push the contrast, thin the lines, soften the shading until the drawing looks like yours.

COLOUR THE LINES

The canvas is a real drawing app, not a decoration. Brush, paint, highlighter and eraser. Fill, with control over how far the colour spreads and how far it slides under the line. Shapes, mosaic, and text in framed boxes. Undo and redo all the way back, pinch to zoom, drag to pan.

OR START ON BLANK PAPER

You do not need a photo at all. Choose square, portrait, landscape or story paper and draw from nothing. Unfinished work waits on the bench until you come back to it.

IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Every sketch effect renders on your own device. Your photos are never uploaded, never sent to a server and never seen by us. Even the AI model downloads to the phone and runs there.

SKETCHDRAW PRO

The free plan gives you 10 photos a day, 5 more if you watch an ad, and marks exports with a small SketchDraw logo. PRO removes the daily limit, removes the mark, opens every effect including the AI ones, and turns the ads off. It is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel any time in Google Play.

Bring a photo. Leave with a drawing you made.
