The workout tracker for people whose bodies hurt. Log every set like any tracker. Then tell it what's sore, and every session is rebuilt around it. Bring the routine you already run, from a photo or a Strong or Hevy export, and it's in your week the same day.

Most workout apps assume nothing ever hurts. Kingtide is built for the opposite. Log a bad shoulder, a nagging knee, or a lower back that flares up, and every workout from then on is built around it. Not "see a professional and come back." A session you can actually do today.

LOG AN INJURY ONCE

Mark the area on a body map and say how it feels. Kingtide swaps the movements that aggravate it for ones that don't, and leaves the rest of your session alone. Mark it good again when it settles, and the plan walks you back.

YOUR ROUTINE, IN ONE IMPORT

Screenshots from Strong or Hevy, a CSV export, a whiteboard, a photo of paper. Kingtide reads it on your phone, keeps your days, your sets, your reps and your weights, and shows you what it read so you can fix anything before it becomes your week. Your leg day stays a leg day.

YOUR REHAB PLAN, FOLDED IN

Photograph the exercise sheet you were given, by a physio, a PT, a chiro or your doctor. Those exercises are built into your week, so you follow that guidance without dropping your training. Nothing is uploaded to do it.

A TRACKER THAT PAYS ATTENTION

The runner logs what you actually lifted, not what was planned. Recovered muscle goes up. Still-sore muscle holds the weight and adds a rep. Every number on the progress screen is read back off sessions you really did, so an empty week looks empty.

A PLAN THAT BENDS INSTEAD OF BREAKING

Short on time, or slept badly? Say so at check-in and today's session reshapes to fit. Training for a sport? Say which, and the week leads with what it asks for. A rough week changes your training instead of ending it.

YOUR INJURIES STAY ON THIS PHONE

The body map, your pain notes and the routine you imported live on your device, not on a server. Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports are the only things that ever leave, and Profile has a switch that turns those off too.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO

No account. No sign-up. No email address.

Kingtide is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or a physical therapist. If something is genuinely injured, go and see one.

FREE AND PRO

Fourteen workouts free, no card, no trial countdown. Your plan and your logged history stay yours either way. Share it with someone and you get six more. If it's useful after that, Kingtide Pro is $9.99/month or $59.99/year.
