NativeOffice Scan is a fast, private PDF scanner for your phone. Point the camera at a page and it finds the edges, straightens the photo, cleans it up and saves a sharp, searchable PDF. Everything happens on your phone, so it works with no signal and your documents are never uploaded.

★ WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• Offline document scanner: scanning, text recognition (OCR) and PDF export all run on the device
• Private by design: no scan, page or word of text ever leaves your phone
• No watermarks, no page limits, no account needed
• Small download, quick to open, built for everyday phones

📄 SCAN ANYTHING
• Documents, forms, letters, receipts and notes
• ID cards: front and back combined onto one page, ready to send
• Books: photograph an open spread and get two separate, upright pages
• Whiteboards and slides: glare and grey cast removed, marker colours kept
• Import photos you already took from the gallery and turn them into a PDF
• Automatic edge detection and auto capture that waits until the page is steady
• Torch for dim rooms, batch mode for stacks of pages

✨ MAKE EVERY PAGE CLEAN
• Seven filters: Auto-enhance, Vivid colour, Light text, Whiteboard, Grayscale, Black & white and Original, each shown as a live preview
• Brightness and contrast sliders
• Crop with draggable corners and edges, rotate, retake, reorder and delete pages
• Blur and darkness warnings before you save, so a bad page never slips through

🔍 OCR: TEXT YOU CAN SEARCH AND COPY
• Scans become searchable PDFs with selectable text
• Find any scan by a word printed on it
• Extract text from a page or PDF and copy or share it
• Smart names: a scan is named from its heading automatically

🔒 SHARE SAFELY
• Password protect a PDF with 256-bit AES encryption
• Choose the page size: fit to the page, A4 or Letter
• Print directly to any printer your phone can reach
• Save to your phone, choose a folder, or share as PDF or JPEG to WhatsApp, Gmail, Drive and more

✍️ SIGN AND SHRINK
• Draw your signature once, or photograph it on paper, and sign any PDF
• Compress PDFs to a target size for email and upload portals

📁 STAY ORGANISED
• Folders, rename, combine scans, split them, duplicate
• Resume a scan you left halfway
• Light and dark themes, or follow your phone

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap scan, or choose Document, ID card, Book, Whiteboard or Import
2. Hold the phone over the page. The edges are found and the shot is taken for you
3. Adjust the crop or filter if you like, then save or share the PDF

WHO IT IS FOR
Students scanning notes and assignments, professionals sending signed forms, anyone applying for a job, a loan or a visa who needs a clean copy of an ID card, and small businesses keeping receipts and invoices in order.

PRIVACY
Your documents stay on your phone. The app goes online only if you choose to sign in to a NativeOffice account, and to send anonymous usage counts (for example, how many pages were scanned), which never include your documents, their text or their names, and can be switched off in Settings.
