Stogiedex is a journal for the cigars you smoke. Photograph the band and the app finds the cigar. It can often find the size too. Add a rating and a few notes, and every smoke is kept in one place.

LOG A CIGAR IN SECONDS
• Point the camera at the band. The app reads it on your phone and matches it against a catalog of more than 3,000 cigar lines from nearly 500 brands.
• Not sure which one it is? Pick from the closest matches, or search by brand, line or size.
• Barcodes on the cellophane or box are learned the first time you log them, so the next scan is instant.

KNOW THE SIZE
• Hold the cigar's foot against the screen to read its ring gauge, and lay it on the screen to measure its length.
• Or photograph it beside a bank card, or measure it with depth on phones that support ARCore.
• The app matches the measurement to the sizes that line is actually made in.

YOUR JOURNAL
• Star ratings, tasting notes (by thirds if you like), place, pairing, length of smoke and photos.
• See how often you've had a cigar and in which sizes, with your average rating.
• Add any cigar the catalog doesn't have yet.
• Export everything at any time: a spreadsheet (CSV), the full data (JSON) and your photos.

THE CATALOG
Facts only: brand, line, sizes, wrapper, binder, filler, origin and strength, as the makers state them. Discontinued, limited, store-exclusive and unconfirmed cigars are marked. Stogiedex shows no prices, deals or stores, and it doesn't sell anything.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account and no ads. Your journal stays on your phone and in your own Google backup. Band reading and measuring happen on the phone.

Stogiedex is for adults of legal age to buy tobacco where they live. Cigars contain tobacco. Smoking them can cause cancer and other serious illness.
