EyeHIIT is a guided eye-exercise app, a gym for your eyes. You follow short, structured workouts on your phone that train the visual skills you use all day: holding focus, shifting focus between near and far, moving your eyes quickly and accurately, and tracking something smoothly.

HOW IT WORKS

Each workout is a set of timed exercises you follow on screen. Depending on the exercise you will:

• Tap targets as they appear around the screen, moving your eyes to each one and returning to the centre
• Shift focus between your phone and a target further away
• Move your phone closer or further and record the distance at which a letter blurs
• Follow a moving dot with your eyes while keeping your head still

Most sessions take about five minutes. Exercises are organised into levels that get longer, faster or more demanding as you work through them.

WHAT YOU TRAIN

• Focus — shifting focus between near and far, and holding it
• Coordination — both eyes working together as an object comes closer
• Agility — quick, accurate eye movements between targets
• Stability — smooth tracking and holding your gaze

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

• Day streaks and weekly targets
• Levels reached in every exercise
• A log of how you felt after each session
• Export your history as a PDF, CSV or JSON file to keep or share with your eye-care professional

WHAT YOU NEED

Just your phone — no account, no sign-up, no equipment. Some Focus exercises ask you to hold the phone at arm's length or measure a distance. If you wear reading glasses, keep them on.
