Most dating apps hand you an endless pile of profiles with a few photos and clever prompts. and make YOU do the work.
Swipe left.
Swipe right.
Judge.
Match. Unmatch.
Repeat.
Moon is built to do the opposite.
We started with one question:
What if your dating app actually knew you?
No catalogue of people to browse.
No collecting matches you never speak to.
No endless swiping through people.
Instead, something that understands you well enough to say “I think you two might actually get along.”
that’s moon. part wingman, part matchmaker.
Moon isn’t a dating profile you fill out once and forget about. It’s a conversation. It starts by getting to know YOU first.

You share things about you that could never fit a dating bio.
Your preferences.
Your intentions.
Your values.
Your weirdly specific type.
Your dealbreakers.
The things you learned from the last person you dated.
The things you’re still figuring out yourself.
What you absolutely won’t compromise on
or why a conversation just didn’t feel right.
Moon remembers.
And it uses what you share to find someone worth talking to. So instead of you searching through hundreds of people, Moon does the searching for you.

And when Moon introduces you to someone, you don’t see their photos straight away.
Because we believe chemistry is more than a few filtered photos and clever prompts.

Instead, Moon tells you why and what it sees in them, what could work between you, and what might not.
So you talk first.
See if they make you laugh.
See if conversation feels easy.
See if you can be yourself without trying to perform.
See if you start hoping it’s them when your phone lights up.

And if you both feel something, you get to see the person behind the conversation.
Call it blind dating, personality-first dating, dating without swiping, or something else entirely.
To us, it’s simply a better way to meet someone.

But Moon’s job doesn’t stop there. If anything, that’s where it really starts.

Tell Moon what worked.
What didn’t.
What surprised you.
What you liked about someone.
What felt wrong even when they looked right on paper.
Over time, Moon learns what compatibility means for you, not for some generic dating algorithm.
So every introduction can get a little closer to the kind of person you’re actually looking for.

That’s where Moon is different from the usual dating algorithm.
A lot of AI dating products use AI to write messages, improve profiles, or tell you what to say.
That isn’t the point here.
Moon uses what you tell it to understand you better and make better introductions.
The conversation is still yours.
The chemistry is still yours.
The relationship, if it becomes one, is yours.
Moon’s job is to help the right two people find each other.

Safe by design
Everyone you meet on Moon is verified.
Your profile isn’t sitting in a public catalogue for strangers to browse through or screenshot.
You aren’t competing for attention inside an endless stack of singles.
And if a conversation ever feels off, you can report or end anytime.
So, start with meeting people and not profiles? And maybe find someone to look at the moon with.
