Quit smoking, quit vaping or quit nicotine pouches — and watch the villain who kept you hooked fall apart.

Meet Nik: the cigarette (or vape, or pouch) that does NOT want you to quit. Nik is your craving, in person: smug, clingy and certain you'll come crawling back. Every smoke-free second, he falls apart a little more. Your job is simple — shrink him to a stub.

QUIT SMOKING, VAPING OR POUCHES — ONE HABIT OR ALL THREE
• Quit cigarettes, quit vaping, quit nicotine pouches — track one or all three at once
• Each one gets its own quit date and its own clock
• Picked up a second habit? Add it whenever you like. Your progress doesn't reset.

WATCH NIK FALL APART
• Six stages as your streak grows: cocky, nervous, wilting, cracking, wrecked, stub
• He wears whatever YOU quit — cigarette, vape or pouch — and changes when you do
• Tap him for a taunt. He is bitter about your progress. It's delightful.

BEAT NICOTINE CRAVINGS IN THE MOMENT
• A craving hits? Open the app and tap Nik down — 16 taps of pure catharsis
• Not in the mood to fight? Three guided breaths instead
• Every craving you beat is logged. Your record grows. His doesn't.

A QUIT SMOKING TRACKER THAT SHOWS WHAT YOU'RE WINNING
• A live smoke-free counter, ticking every second since you quit
• Money saved, in real time — every cigarette, vape pod and nicotine pouch you skipped
• 17 recovery milestones matched to what you actually quit, so you can see nicotine withdrawal easing
• Your best streak saved, so a slip costs you a day and not your history
• A home screen widget with your streak, so the clock is there without opening anything
