Record your voice. Record your video. Read your script with confidence.

Clear Voice & Video Recorder combines an audio recorder, video recorder and built-in teleprompter in one app. Capture voice notes, rehearse speeches, record presentations or read lyrics while recording.

One purchase. No monthly or yearly subscription fees. No ads or account required.

VOICE AND VIDEO
Record voice notes in M4A format or videos with sound using your front or rear camera. Pause, resume and save your take. Voice recording can continue with your screen locked.

A SIMPLE TELEPROMPTER
Write or paste a script, save it, then choose Voice or Video. Adjust text size, scroll speed and background opacity. In video mode, drag the script panel to a comfortable position. Your script stays out of the finished video.

FIND EVERY TAKE
Search recordings by name, filter Voice or Video, and sort by date or name. Recognizable red media icons and a direct rename button keep your library easy to use.

YOUR CAMERA, YOUR LOOK
Choose natural or mirrored selfies and turn on framing guides. Adjust exposure brightness and select available color effects before recording. Controls and effects depend on your device and selected camera; some cameras offer Natural only.

SAVE TO YOUR DEVICE
Audio copies save to Music/ClearRecorder and video copies to Movies/ClearRecorder by default. Change automatic copying in Settings, or save and export a copy later. Private originals remain available in the app if a device copy fails.

SHARE YOUR WORK
Share through compatible installed apps, with shortcuts for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The receiving app controls editing and posting. If a shortcut is unavailable, choose another app from Android’s share menu.

BUILT FOR PHONES AND TABLETS
Use the app on compatible Android phones and tablets, in portrait or landscape. Light and dark appearance follows your device.

LOCAL BY DESIGN
Clear Recorder does not upload recordings or scripts to TechProIQ servers. Device copies may sync through your gallery or other apps according to their settings. Sharing grants the receiving app access to the recording you select.

GOOD TO KNOW
Video needs camera and microphone access. Video recording stops and saves when you leave its screen or lock your device. Recording quality and camera controls vary by device. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes private originals and scripts; shared, exported and device-storage copies are managed separately. Keep independent copies of important recordings. Requires Android 8.0 or later.
