tmsKiosk turns a shared tablet into a fast, reliable time clock for your whole team. Mount it at an entrance, a break room, or a dock, and employees punch in and out with a badge or employee ID — no personal device required. Built by TMS, a workforce-management leader since 1985, tmsKiosk connects to the same trusted time and attendance system your workplace already runs.

Perfect for plants, warehouses, job sites, and any workplace where a shared station beats everyone reaching for a phone.

BADGE IN, DONE IN SECONDS
• Employees identify with a numeric badge or an alphanumeric employee ID
• On-screen numeric keypad and full QWERTY for any ID format
• Instant identity confirmation so people know it's really them
• Clear, high-contrast punch confirmation — then it returns to the welcome screen on its own

EVERYTHING AT THE STATION
• Punch in and out to start and end a shift
• Transfer to a different job, department, or location on the spot
• Review recent hours right at the kiosk
• Request time off for approval without leaving the floor
• Log an unscheduled callback/call-in

BUILT TO RUN UNATTENDED
• Automatically returns to the welcome screen after each employee
• Configurable idle timeout so the station is always ready
• Exit is protected by an administrator password — the app stays locked in kiosk mode
• A live clock and station label keep everyone oriented

FAST, SECURE SETUP
• Register a device manually, or pair it instantly by scanning a QR code
• Swap a replacement tablet in for an existing station in seconds
• Every station carries its own name, location, and ID for clean reporting
• Multi-location and multi-department ready

BUILT FOR THE WORKPLACE
• Connects securely to your organization's TMS server
• Accurate, tamper-resistant time capture for payroll you can trust
• Clean dark interface that's easy to read across a room

tmsKiosk requires a TMS time and attendance account and an administrator to register the device. It pairs with the tmsConneXion mobile app, where employees and managers handle timecards, schedules, and approvals on their own phones.
