up&out is the alarm clock you can only turn off by walking outside.

No snooze button. No dismiss. When your morning alarm rings, it keeps ringing until you walk out of a small zone around your home. A few minutes later you are up, dressed and outside in the daylight.

HOW THE MORNING ALARM WORKS
• Set your wake up time and a zone around home. The default is about 650 feet, a short walk.
• The alarm clock rings loud, with vibration, and takes over the screen.
• Start walking and the alarm goes quiet. Stand still and it comes back.
• Cross the line and the alarm stops. The morning is yours.

WHY WALK OUTSIDE IN THE MORNING
• Morning sunlight helps set your circadian rhythm, so you feel alert in the day and sleepy at night.
• A morning walk gets your body moving before your phone gets your attention.
• You can talk yourself out of a snooze button. You can't talk your way past a line on a map.

AN ALARM CLOCK FOR HEAVY SLEEPERS
If you oversleep, sleep through every alarm you set, or snooze until you are late, this is the alarm that will not negotiate. It does not stop for a tap, a shake or a math problem. It stops when you are outside.
