WaiverFile Venue turns a tablet or phone into a waiver kiosk, a self check-in station or a staff ticket scanner for your WaiverFile account.

Built for trampoline parks, climbing gyms, escape rooms, rental shops, tours, studios and any business that needs a signed waiver before people take part.

A WAIVERFILE ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
This app is for businesses that use WaiverFile. Sign in with your WaiverFile email and password, or scan the setup code from Settings > Devices in your WaiverFile dashboard.

CHOOSE WHAT EACH DEVICE DOES

Standalone waivers
Put a tablet at the front desk and let customers sign on the spot. Waivers keep working without internet: each signed waiver is saved on the device first and sent to your account as soon as the connection is back, so nothing is lost.

Signing station
Staff send a group to the station, and it walks each person through what they still need to sign.

Self check-in
Customers scan their ticket, finish any missing waivers and check themselves in, without waiting in line.

Staff scanner
Staff scan tickets and waivers with the camera, see right away who still needs to sign, and send them to a signing station.

EASY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
• Big, simple screens that work well on phones and tablets
• Your logo, colors and welcome images
• Signatures, minors, participant photos and your own form questions
• Your waivers in the languages you've set up

MADE FOR THE FRONT DESK
• Keeps working through internet outages
• Prints receipts and tickets to supported network and Bluetooth printers
• Works with the built-in scanners on many rugged Android devices
• Staff settings are protected by your kiosk unlock code
• App pinning keeps customers in the app

YOUR WAIVERS, IN ONE PLACE
Every signed waiver goes to your WaiverFile account. You can search, download and manage them there along with your bookings, check-ins and reports.
