Watch your minutes being written, in real time.

When a sentence is confirmed, it is broken into meaningful parts and placed where it belongs in your minutes.
Lines already written are revised, merged and split as the conversation continues.
RAON LiveNote lets you see every step of your minutes taking shape.

■ Minutes that update live
• Confirmed speech is organized into topics, decisions and to-dos as you talk
• Filler and "uh-huh"s are filtered out; only meaningful content is added
• Decisions are marked, and every revision is easy to spot
• Every 5 minutes the minutes are checked against the transcript and corrected
• Every 30 minutes and at the end, the overall structure and context are reorganized

■ Translation, live
• Speech recognition and translation in 60 languages
• In mixed-language meetings, translated content goes into one set of minutes

■ Share the process with one link
• Anyone can replay how the minutes were written in a web browser, no app needed
• It ends with a one-line summary and the decisions and to-dos

■ Replay
• Replay a finished meeting from the start, at higher speed

■ Accurate where it counts
• Only clear agreements become decisions; tasks with an owner and due date become to-dos
• Conditions and concerns are kept as caveats
• Every line of a summary (topics, one page, key points) is backed by the minutes

■ Lectures, recordings and documents
• Lectures become notes by section (ruled, grid or paper backgrounds)
• Create minutes and notes from recordings, transcripts (txt), PDF, Word, PowerPoint or photos
