Stuck on a task you keep putting off? OneStep breaks it down into tiny, doable steps with AI, then shows you only one step at a time. No long to-do lists, no pressure. Just the next small move.

OneStep is a calm task breakdown app for anyone who struggles to get started: procrastination, overwhelm, low energy days, or the "I don't even know where to begin" feeling that many people with ADHD know well.

HOW IT WORKS
• Type what's stuck: "Reply to the accountant's email", "Clean the kitchen", "Start my essay".
• Choose how much detail you want: Gentle (3 steps), Medium (5 steps) or Detailed (8 steps).
• Tap "Break it down" and the AI turns your task into small, concrete steps with a time estimate for each one.
• Focus mode shows a single step and a visual timer. Finish it, tap done, and the next step appears.
• Celebrate when you finish. Small wins add up and build your streak.

WHEN EVEN STARTING FEELS HARD
• Help me start: get one tiny first action to break the freeze.
• I have 5 minutes: get a short plan that fits the time you actually have.
• Make it easier: if a step still feels too big, split it into smaller steps on the spot.
• Need a little more time? Add 2 minutes to the timer without losing your place.
• Routines: save the things you do again and again, like a morning routine or a weekly reset, and run them step by step.

WHY ONESTEP FEELS DIFFERENT
• One step at a time. You never stare at a wall of tasks.
• Calm, distraction-free design with soft colours and gentle sounds (you can turn sound off).
• Visual timer that helps you focus without stress.
• No account and no sign-in. Open the app and start.
• Private by design: your tasks, steps and streaks are stored on your device. The text of a task is only sent to generate its steps and is not stored by us.
• No ads.
