Cifile is a PDF document scanner and a secure vault in one app. Scan any document with your phone camera, save it as a PDF in seconds, and get reminded before it expires.

SCAN TO PDF IN SECONDS

Point your phone at a document and Cifile finds the edges, straightens the page, removes the shadows and saves a clean PDF. No flatbed scanner, no crooked photos, no retakes. Scan up to 10 pages in a single session, or import a photo you already took from your gallery and convert it to PDF instantly.

Scan a passport. Scan an ID card. Scan a driving licence, a contract, a receipt, a certificate, an insurance policy. If it is paper, Cifile turns it into a PDF.

BRING IN THE PDFs YOU ALREADY HAVE

Documents arrive by WhatsApp and email, then disappear into your downloads folder. Cifile opens PDFs shared from WhatsApp, Gmail, Files and any other app, so every document ends up in one organised place instead of scattered across five chat threads. View any PDF inside the app, and share or export it as a PDF whenever you need it.

NEVER MISS AN EXPIRY DATE

This is what makes Cifile different from an ordinary PDF scanner. Most people only discover a document has expired when they need it. Cifile tracks the expiry date of everything you scan and reminds you in advance, so you have time to renew without penalties, panic or a cancelled trip.

Set it once. Cifile remembers for you.

BUILT TO BE PRIVATE

Your scanned documents are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and tied to your account alone. The app locks itself after a period of inactivity, and you can require Face ID, Touch ID or your device biometrics every time it opens. Your passport scan should not be sitting in your camera roll or a WhatsApp chat — this is where it belongs.

ORGANISE BY PERSON

Scan documents for your whole household without confusing them. Tag each one with the person it belongs to — yourself, your partner, your children, your parents — and see at a glance whose renewal is coming next.

SCAN AND TRACK RECEIPTS

Keep warranties, rent receipts, invoices and payment records as PDFs alongside your identity documents, so the paperwork for a dispute, a warranty claim or a tax return is already in one place when you need it.

WORKS ON PHONE AND DESKTOP

Cifile runs on your phone and in any web browser at cifile.app, so your scanned PDFs are reachable from a laptop, a borrowed computer or a friend's phone — anywhere you can sign in.

AVAILABLE IN FOUR LANGUAGES

English, Turkish (Türkçe), Arabic (العربية) and Russian (Русский), with full right-to-left support.

ESPECIALLY USEFUL IF YOU LIVE ABROAD

If you hold a residence permit, a visa or a work permit, you already know what missing a renewal window costs. Scan every document once, let Cifile track every expiry date, and stop keeping the deadlines in your head.
