You can't always control how you feel. But you can learn the skills to deal with it.

Mental Health Tools gives you 14 evidence-based exercises — interactive, science-backed, and built for real life. Not a meditation app. Not a podcast. A place where you actually learn how your mind works — and what you can do about it.

Why This Is Different

Most apps give you content to consume. We give you skills to learn.

Developed by in-house psychologists — not algorithms
Every exercise is interactive — you do it, you don't just read it
Every tool is backed by published research — we show you the study
Built for real life situations: stress, exhaustion, difficult decisions, overwhelming emotions
No wellness fluff — just tools that actually work

The Science

All content is evidence-based and developed by our in-house psychologists. Every exercise is grounded in published research from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and behavioral psychology. After each exercise, we show you the exact study it's based on — so you always know why it works.

Your mind is worth understanding. Start today.
