RestEasy is the all-in-one app for restaurant teams: food-safety self-inspection, staff schedules and time clock, supplier invoices, employment contracts and, for Swiss hospitality, the monthly CCNT working-time form filled in for you.

SMART SCANNING, POWERED BY AI
• Snap a delivery note or an invoice and RestEasy reads it for you: supplier, date, totals, due date, payment method and every product line. You check, you save. No more typing.
• Invoices are matched with their delivery notes, so you always know what is paid, partly paid, due soon or overdue, restaurant by restaurant.
• Product lines build the data for stock follow-up and price tracking.
• Scan an employment contract and the type (permanent, fixed-term, hourly), dates, weekly hours, pay and job title fill the employee file. Every contract stays archived, private to the administrator and the employee.
• The AI only reads a document when you tap "Fill in from the document", and you always review the result before saving.

INVOICES & PAYMENTS
• A dashboard of what is paid, partly paid, due this week and overdue, with split payments and payment methods.

SELF-INSPECTION, READY FOR THE INSPECTOR
• Temperatures, cleaning plan, deliveries, core temperatures, frying oil, allergens, training and documents: each check in a few taps, with a corrective action when something is off.
• One PDF file with everything for the inspector.

AUTOMATIC CCNT TIME SHEETS (SWITZERLAND)
• Every month the working-time form is built from your schedule, time-clock entries, absences and public holidays, for permanent, fixed-term and hourly employees.
• Managers review and correct any day, employees check and sign on their phone, and you export the official Excel form.

STAFF SCHEDULES & TIME CLOCK
• Weekly schedule per location, with split and overnight shifts and one-tap duplication.
• Time clock on a shared tablet; managers review entries, add forgotten ones and see who did not come.
• Absence requests, weekly rest and a yearly vacation overview.

FOR GROUPS WITH SEVERAL RESTAURANTS
• Several locations in one account. Administrators see everything, managers only their locations, employees only their own.
• Invite staff by e-mail, a code or a QR code.

FRENCH, ENGLISH, GERMAN, PORTUGUESE
• Everyone picks their language, and notifications arrive in it.

Your data stays private to your restaurant. Documents you scan are stored in a private space.
