Apporo platform brings your organization's ERP to your phone and tablet. It is built for Apporo customers in North America and Southeast Asia who run buildings, facilities and building-automation projects, so the people in the office and on site can reach the same business system their company already uses: messages, attendance, tasks and records, with their own permissions.

Apporo platform is a secure mobile client for an Odoo 18 Community server that your organization hosts. After you sign in, you work in your organization's own system; the app adds native features around it.

BEFORE YOU START
There is no sign-up screen and no trial account. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. You need:
• The address and database name of your organization's server
• A username and password issued by your administrator
• A server reachable over HTTPS with a valid certificate (plain http is not accepted)
If you are not sure, ask your administrator first.

WHAT IT DOES
• Simple two-step sign-in. The server field already shows https://. Enter the server and database, tap Next, then enter your username and password and tap Login. Errors say what went wrong: wrong credentials, database not found, or server unreachable.
• Several sites side by side. Save connections to more than one server, for example head office and a project site, and switch between them. Each connection keeps its own sign-in, and web data is cleared when you switch.
• Stays signed in. Tick Remember me and, when a server session expires, the app signs in again in the background and returns you to where you were. The password is then kept in encrypted storage on this device and excluded from cloud backup; leave it unticked and nothing is stored.
• GPS on clock-in. When you clock in or out with your organization's attendance page, your current coordinates can be attached to that record. Location is read only when the page asks, only for the server you are signed in to, and never in the background. You can turn it off in Settings.
• App Lock. Protect the app with a 6-digit PIN and fingerprint or face unlock where your device supports it. The app locks when it goes to the background.
• Photos and files. When a form asks for an attachment, take a photo or choose images and files from your device.
• Light, dark or system appearance, in English, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese.

PERMISSIONS
• Location (precise / approximate, foreground only): only to attach coordinates to your attendance record when you clock in. No background location.
• Camera: only when you take a photo to upload to a form.
• Notifications: to show messages from your organization's server when your organization has enabled notifications for Apporo platform. You can turn them off in system settings.

PRIVACY
No ads or cross-app tracking. The app does not collect in-app activity for analytics. Firebase components may process installation identifiers and technical diagnostics for service operation, analytics and product improvement, as described in the privacy policy. Business data you submit is sent to your organization's Odoo server; the app can also display data your account is authorized to access. Details: https://www.apporo.ai/odoo-privacy-en

LIMITS
• Requires an Odoo 18 Community server run by your organization. Requires Android 10 or later.
