YOUR DATA, RESPECTED
Health Connect access is optional, read-only and only happens after you allow it. The app never writes anything back to Health Connect. Scale readings do not pass through Health Connect at all: a reading is turned into your body-composition numbers on your own phone, then saved to your Rippd Fit account for you and your coach. Your information is used to run your coaching, it is never sold and never used for advertising, and there are no ads in this app. Some features are AI-assisted, such as reading a meal photo or a menu and turning it into numbers, you can always edit what it gives you before it is saved.

WHAT THIS APP IS, AND WHAT IT ISN'T
Rippd Fit is a training, nutrition and coaching app. The numbers it shows you are for fitness guidance only. Body-composition figures come from a consumer smart scale and are estimates, useful for tracking change over weeks, not exact values. They are not medical measurements, the app does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Train within your limits, and talk to your coach or your doctor if something does not feel right.

The smart scale lives at the studio, so body-composition scans happen when you train with us. Everything else in the app works anywhere.

There is no public sign-up and nothing to buy in the app. Your coach creates your account and emails you an invite link to set your password, and the app only works with a Rippd Fit member account. If you do not have a login yet, ask your coach or say hello at https://www.rippdfit.com/contact

Rippd Fit runs on the Trainerhood coaching platform.
