MySteps is a simple, accurate step counter that uses your phone's own motion sensor — the same one your device's built-in step tracker reads — so your daily count is trustworthy, not guesswork.

TRACK YOUR DAY
- Live step count, updated straight from your phone's hardware sensor
- Distance walked and calories burned, estimated from your height and weight
- Active minutes, cadence, and a walking/running/resting activity indicator
- A 7-day average, your current pace, and an estimate of time left to hit today's goal

SET YOUR OWN GOALS
- Pick a daily step goal that fits you, with quick presets or a custom slider
- Build a daily streak and watch your weekly history at a glance
- Optional goal-progress notifications — choose exactly which milestones (like 50% or 100%) you want to hear about, nothing more

KEEPS COUNTING IN THE BACKGROUND
Turn on background tracking and MySteps keeps counting even when the app is closed, so you never lose a step of your day.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Add the resizable MySteps widget to your home screen for your step count and progress at a glance — no need to open the app.

LIGHT & DARK THEME
Switch between a clean light look and a deep, easy-on-the-eyes dark theme, anytime.

BUILT-IN HELP
A searchable FAQ answers common questions about tracking, permissions, and the widget — right inside the app.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
MySteps doesn't run a backend server and doesn't upload your step or health data anywhere. Everything is stored privately on your phone. We also don't invent numbers we can't honestly measure — no fake heart rate or blood oxygen readings, just the metrics your phone's sensors can actually support.

MySteps is free to use, supported by a brief optional ad when you choose to reveal an FAQ answer — never anything that interrupts your tracking.

Download MySteps and start seeing your steps the way they actually happened.
