If your coach gave you a link to this app, you're in the right place. Throughline is where you train with them — your programme, your progress, and your check-ins, all in one place.

Throughline is invite-only. You'll need a code or link from your trainer to get started. Once you're in, everything they've set for you is here.

What you can do

Follow today's session — your trainer schedules your week, you open the app and start. Exercises load one by one, with the sets, reps, and weights your coach has prescribed.

Log your work as you go — tap in your sets and reps, adjust weights, and rest between sets. The workout player works offline and syncs when you're back online, so a patchy gym connection won't interrupt you.

See your full progress history — Throughline tracks every lift across every programme you've done with your coach. Nothing resets when you start a new block.

Check in without the typing — your daily and weekly check-ins pull steps, weight, and sleep straight from Apple Health. You confirm and submit. The whole thing takes seconds.

Learn from your coach — your studio's Learn tab holds the courses your trainer has built for you: video lessons, written guides, and downloadable resources, so the coaching carries on beyond the workout.

Review your progress visually — cross-programme exercise charts show you where you've come from. Your progress photos and Results Wall are here too.

Stay connected to your studio — a private community feed for the people in your studio (not a public social network). Posts, photos, kudos, comments.

Message your coach — in-app messaging, direct to your trainer. No switching to a separate app.

Keep track in your calendar — Throughline writes your scheduled workouts to your device calendar so your training fits into your week.

Your trainer's studio leads the app — their name, their logo, your relationship front and centre.

One thread, the whole way through

Every programme your coach designs, every lesson they share, every session you complete — Throughline keeps it all. The name is the promise: there's a line running through everything you do together, and it doesn't break between programmes.
