SceneBlast is a mobile-first fan CRM built for bands, artists, promoters, venues, and other independent creators who want to build stronger relationships with the people who support them.

At its core, SceneBlast gives artists one place to collect, organize, understand, and communicate with their audience instead of leaving those relationships scattered across social media, email lists, ticketing systems, merch sales, and spreadsheets.

The idea is simple: your audience should belong to you, not to an algorithm.

Build your scene

Every band or organization has an Our Scene: a searchable database of the people who have connected with them.

Fan profiles can include contact information, social accounts, location, tags, custom attributes, notes, communication preferences, interaction history, and reminders. Teams can search and segment that audience to find the right people for a specific show, message, city, or opportunity.

Connect anywhere

Fans can join a scene in person through QR codes or mobile-to-mobile connections, online through hosted or embedded forms, or automatically through integrations like ticket and merchandise sales.

Bands can customize what information they collect, including their own questions, while fans choose how they want to hear from them through email, text, or push notifications.

SceneBlast is built around explicit consent, giving fans control over their communication preferences while giving artists a clear record of how each person wants to stay connected.

More than a mailing list

SceneBlast isn't just an email tool. The focus is the relationship itself.

Over time, a fan profile can build a history of conversations, purchases, shows, notes, tags, and follow-ups. A band can remember who offered to photograph a show, who regularly attends locally, who bought merch, or who should hear about an upcoming date.

The goal is to give independent artists useful CRM capabilities without the complexity of traditional business software.

Built for local scenes

For independent artists, a few hundred engaged people nearby can be more valuable than thousands of passive followers.

SceneBlast helps bands understand where their audience is, identify their strongest supporters, and communicate with the people most likely to care about what they're doing next.

Teams can manage the scene together, so those relationships stay with the band instead of living on one person's phone or spreadsheet.

SceneBlast helps independent artists turn followers, attendees, customers, friends, and supporters into a community they can actually know, reach, and keep.
