Run the shift and keep the evidence together. ProCafe brings daily operations and food-safety records into one workspace for cafes, delis, bakeries and growing food businesses.

Staff record work where it happens. Managers see what needs attention, follow up on missed checks and find records across one site or many.

• Opening, closing and cleaning routines, temperature records and photo evidence.
• Safe-range warnings, corrective actions, incidents and inspection exports.
• Supplier deliveries, batch and lot traceability, recalls and allergen records.
