Find your people — not just a home.
2BFound is a people-first shared-living platform for adults looking for flatmates, shared homes and better ways to live together across the UK.
People First
Finding a room is only part of shared living. The people you live with can shape your everyday life just as much as the property itself.
2BFound helps you discover people, understand how they live and what they expect from a shared home, and start the conversations that matter before deciding to live together.
Build or Join a Case
A Case is your personal plan for a future home with people who are a good fit for you.
Choose where and when you want to live, the kind of people you would like to live with, your preferred housing budget and, most importantly, what matters to you in shared living. Describe in detail how you imagine your future household.
Then find people who are a good fit for what you’re looking for — or let people who feel your Case is right for them ask to join.
Use the group chat to get to know each other better, discuss what matters and agree on the important details before you live together.
Create your own unique shared-living vibe.
Discover People You Could Live With
Create your profile and discover other people looking for shared living. Learn about their routines, preferences and household expectations, explore their profiles and start a conversation when someone feels like a good fit.
You can also discover existing Cases and ask to join one that matches the kind of household you are looking for.
Moving to London or the UK? Start Before You Arrive
You do not have to wait until you move to start finding your people.
Discover potential housemates, join an existing Case or create your own, discuss plans together and start shaping your future household from wherever you are.
Explore Shared Homes
People matter, but you still need the right place to live.
Explore Listings from Hosts and Business Hosts, discover available rooms and properties, and consider housing opportunities that fit your plans.
If you are building a Case, you can bring people and housing together as your future household takes shape.
Have a Room or Property to Offer?
2BFound is also built for people offering accommodation.
Hosts who have a spare room in the home they live in can create a Listing and discover people who may be a good fit for their household.
Business Hosts can offer accommodation to shared-living users and connect with both individual users and Case Leaders organising future households. Organised Cases can be a strong fit for HMO and shared-house properties.
